Naked Gnome Race - The Prequel

So BRK’s guild Legendary and our two frienship guilds, Serenity and Warrior Corps, are gonna have a naked gnome race. Gnome starting area to Ironforge, take the Tram, run through Stormwind, to Redridge and Lakeshire, first one inside the Inn gets eternal glory, 100 gold, and a big write up on BigRedKitty.

I know If I don’t have 50 naked, level one gnomes at the start of this, I’m gonna be really disappointed. So here’s my problem: just how much trouble will BRK get into if he invites all his friends, and by this, I mean you, to create a gnome on Madoran on 31 March 2007 at 7pm server (CST) and come have some fun?

Seriously, we could crash the server, right? It’s like the first opening of the Gate of AQ where everybody who played WoW created a character on that server just to witness it. Would BRK get charged server-maintenance fees? It’s on a Saturday, so those computer techs might get overtime if they get called in. BRK’s Christmas Club and Insider Trading Slush-Fund is pretty paltry.

But I cannot very well NOT invite you. That would be rude, and BRK is known for his hospitality and generous nature. My concern is that we’re getting over 400 hits per day and almost 3000 hits per week here. What if, oh say, 1000 of you decide to come play naked gnome gymanastics with us… doesn’t that give you pause? Doesn’t that just kinda freak you out a little? That would break the record (that I’m aware of) by a factor of ten!

One thousand level one naked gnomes stampeding and laughing and “woowoooooowoo”ing across Azeroth… and when the server begins to lag and the technicians are called… and Elune help us the WoW GM booms out across the mountains, “WHO INVITED YOU ALL HERE”, those same thousand high-pitched voices will toss back,

“Big Red Kitty did!”

I’ll tell you what, BRK is worried. Big time.

    LoL. Oh, I’ll be there alright, but not in gnome form. I’m going to let my 5 year old join in the festivities. I think a head above the crowd may help her out. :) She loves this game!

    Non-PG? Hm, I don’t have a foot fetish like BRK, and I’m not planning on transforming into anything that might entice him. So keep your furry paws to yourself. :p

    Hehehe…. Medivh (the first server to open AQ) is my home server, and you can bet I was there for the event (and the inevitable server crash that followed).

    Will I join in the naked gnome revelry? You betcha! :D

    I.. Did.. IT..

    Yesterday I made a dwarf from myself.. To be more specific, I a “Damh” from myself..

    I retalented, as ur current armory profile was shown in today 1:30am CET, and mut all my spared mail gear on myself.. by the only choice: AP.. I put a stuff to myself which has the biggest agi+AP number..

    I have mixed feelings about this.. and I’ll tell you why..
    well, first of all i tried it for 15 min..

    GOOD STUFF:
    - 2300+crit, average of 4-5-700 crits around 1500
    - The mobs what I hunted fall easier qucker with about 3-4sec then before
    -pet has +5dps [140.x]

    BBBBAAAADDDD stuff:
    - I feel that I’m on half HP previously I had 10k, now I hardly have 7k.. Feel the difference..
    - Pet has a pathetic 5k hp insteead of the previous 7k
    - It fees so strange-alien feeling, becouse this is not my creation, not my experience, not my stuff
    -I look like a stupid pimk gnope-paladin (imagine one for me plz) in those clothes.
    - too much mail gives HUGE rep bill
    - I lost my mana tooo quickly..
    - Aimed shot is SOO d**n SLOW.. How may I supposed to shoot in a quick situation with that c**p?!

    one of my eyes smiles, the other is cries.. I know that this is better in instances, now I fell the DPS too.. Even so I dont like it that much..

    One more thing before I finish trolling.. Why do u use therokks quill? (by the armory) I had bigger AP with 2 one-handed (one st from durnhold and the Netherwing end-quest revard dagger)?

    The maelstorm eyepatch u were wearing (by the armory again) is better then the Beast Lord headpiece?

    Gnomes are ugly lets race them up to thunder bluff and, and dwn to the apothecary in undercity.. maybe the one who first shouts “I’m proud to be GNOME” in the main square of orgrimmar winns a free respecc.. Am I evil? Nope, just Tauren hunter.. =D

    BRK will not abide nudity-slander. Why, just last weekend BRK was invited to a Level 70 Naked Deadmines Run. We couldn’t attend due to a Mechanar run we were about to attend, but as GM it was my duty to send them off, so I flew to instance and partied naked with them.

    They invited a level 17 to go with them. How many 17s get to run deadmines with 4 naked 70s, including Trigity and Jazzy?

    The misdireciton that the hunter gave the 17 was funny, not cruel, as many at the time opined.
