Similar thing occurred with the guild I ran on Mal'Ganis. It slowly deteriorated and when I stepped down from GM (personal commitments kept me from putting in the time I wanted - Real Life Comes First) it started to crumble. Since then, myself and several of the core players have started to seek new guilds and new opportunities. We were a fairly large guild able to get through BWL and started into AQ40 due to starting late in the game and it slowly fell away. Every MMO goes through this stage when people move on and look to new games. BRK, I completely understand this statement. Similar thing occurred with the guild I ran on Mal’Ganis. I mostly go out with pugs, becouse we don't have enough ppl in my guild, and I can tell you.. It will be bad in the 80%, but it worth it for the rest 20%.. if u only ask 1-3 runs from a priest/dru/paly that won't kill you.. and maybe u'll find a friend in other guilds.. I hate to say that I'm a horrible horrible druid and specced back to feral within a few days, but at least I can say I tried... I def. suffer with you though, we don't have ENOUGH dps or tanks... sigh...
