BRK Is Back, Baby. But There’s More Good News

We gotta make this quick, The Man is watching us, demanding we actually produce a working product in exchange for our salary.

How repugnant, right? Pfft.

So, BRK is not going to be a WoW Insider Blogger. The writing style for which they are looking isn’t our bag, our thing, or our mojo. Amicably, we agreed that it was in the best interest of both parties that this occur.

So now we’re a WoW Insider Columnist. /grin

What is BRK gonna bring to this party? The Editor has a simple demand:

“You [will] be our ‘hunter’ expert, and so we want to make sure that every post you write has a few insights that only you can bring from a hunter point of view. Personality is fine, just make sure you back it up with insight.”

Insight? We’ve got insight coming out the ying-yang, (we saw a doctor; it’s ok). We gotta face the facts, folks. BRK’s head has swelled so big he cannot fit through the Dark Portal. Excited is not a powerful enough work to express our joy, our hysteria, our get-down-and-get-funky feelings.

Spread the news, ring the bells, blow the horns, and bring out the champagne, ’cause BigRedKitty is back and better than ever!

Um…

Perhaps, “as good as before” is more appropriate.

    I knew it. They had no sense of humor :-) and didn`t post my super-leet screenshots either. Never mind, Im happy that u r back. Happier than ever, becouse things got really bad on hungary forums. I’m in an argument, which needs ur “BMhunter > all other hunter” arguing style. And I’m alone there with that point of view. I’ll send you a latter later, as soon as I translated the revelant posts.     woohoo! I’m guilty of asking the fine people at WI to get their fingers out and let the kitty loose already!. Also pleased to learn BRK will still be writing for his own blog - as much as I like and respect the WI crowd, there is nothing like BRK, and the styles just wouldn’t match - I was already imagining many comments along the lines of:

    “OH NOES!!1!!one” WI doesnt like -(insert random inferior class)-!!1! They now like the huntardz!! WHY DO YOU HATE ME WI?!?!?

    Besides the way i see it its a step up from WI Blogger. Look at BRK go, not even one day on the job and he got promoted from blogger to columnist.

    So in reality it sounds like you got another letter of recognition (the columnist bit) and letter of repremand (unintentionally insiteing spam) for the same incident :P

    Bout damn time you got to your senses Damh… yeah i’ve visited WI on numerous occasions, but one can only take enough hunter bashing (which they seem to advocate < -- since they will remove all our "We want our BRK back"s but still leave up all the hunter-bashing-spam) O'well whatever it takes I'm glad you're back bro!!

    I should be back on Beevo soon (hope I’m still in the guild!) my vacation in Vegas has been splendid (can anyone say $$Cha-CHING!$$)
