We call out for fireflies, and these two nice night elves show us what they look like. These thingamajiggers are the source of TJ’s ire at the moment, and the focus of our little bet.Of course, now she’s asking for help and making promises of cookies to those who will rid her farming area of some rare elite spawn. Frankly, we think this totally violates the spirit of the bet, if not the actual terms. Thus, we shall follow suit.

If you’re on Drenden and want to go out to Zangermarsh and slap down a few hundred Bogflair Needlers just to thin the herd out, we can’t promise you cookies, but you might just get yelled at from an irate warlock.

“That’s MY needler! Leave it alone! My bugs, all mine!”

Or something equally appropriate. And you might get a non-combat firefly pet, too.

Well, to be fair, that is one NASTY bogwalker she wants to be deadified. Nasty. With a capital S.

Only elite it’s level range I’ve found that I can’t figure out a way to actually kill before it turns me into a hunter-burger.

LOL. I ran in to that rare boglash thing when I was leveling my arms/prot warrior. (41/5/12) I was lvl 67 at the time. It took me about 2.3 seconds to die. Total ownage.

WHAT?! TJ plays on Drenden? a Non-PvP server (read Wuss Server). She so lost cool points. I mean c’mon with all that rage and anger… PvP is her calling one would think.

A fellow officer got one of these a little over a week ago. He was fishing for buff food in prep for raid and one of those bugs came up to bother him.

He killed it so he could get back to fishing and BAM! There it was; lucky bastage.

I myself spent a bunch of time grinding for the Magical Crawdad pet. After several weeks of hard fishing I finally got the Mr. Pinchy. He granted 3 wishes and two of them were the non-combat pet.

I’ve got one in the bank fattening up for dinner right now.

I can so see TJ yelling my bugs mine mine back back I am a happy miser a la Daffy Duck voice.

Locks that make cookies what the fug, they are either dead horde in them or I am a Firefly on Friday nights.

Oh and GL TJ lets us know when you get the bug and how many it took, after reading this story I am ready to go farm with my rogue (ack rogues I know but my Hunter is still a baby)

I love making locks irate. The fire in their eyes are worth seeing. It’s almost worth /realmtransfer. I’ll help TJ thin out the needlers.
