Just lets her emotions get carried away when she is having a rotten day. Usually she has more reserve. She was an awesome GM and we miss her and the rest who have scattered to different servers. Glad you all are finding your way back to each other. My point is, she has said she was in the wrong. Let it go. Refusing to apologize to someone without knowing whether their statement was an innocent question or not is arrogant.
