Gun Lovin’ Dwarf Chick takes our advice to heart, then… um, well we won’t spoil the ending.

Please notice her banner shows shows four, count ‘em four trapped beasties. Isn’t that nice?

That’s just 2×2 traps! (Two hunters double-trapping). It’s simply impossible for the same hunter to have 4 trapped beasts at once, even for SV ones!

Yes, that would magically explain the other hunter in the picture. ;) Never bothered chain trap outside of an instance unless it was a mob pull, but the solos are good practice for those that want it.

pretty sure 3 is the max for one hunter

I like how they took the trap-kiting idea as a class-specific guild event. More guilds should do events like this, both to train their members, and because they’re fun!

    :)

My comment was at BRK’s (even if unintentional) emphasis on the 4 beasts after mentioning that she followed his chain-trap advice, which seemed to imply (upon reading his very short post), that they were all from the same hunter! :)

I’m getting the impression that you could hold a chain trapping race, where the first hunter to chain trap a mob from point A to point B gets a prize. Could be a good way to teach the youngins some skills and have them work under some pressure.

Something for a good CL to do with the reward being a nice shiny BoE epic! ;)
