“Dear BRK, I am level 53 and have been back and forth a few times on whether to keep bite and claw just for grinding reasons.

“[Also], I went to the pet trainer to wipe and build from scratch and noticed that the price to retrain pet skills is climbing from the usual 10s to 50s. If I remember correctly I never heard Blizz say in the update that they were changing the price of pet training.

“On top of that it, after I trained, it’s only showing 3 out of 4 active skill for my pet on the screen. I checked the combat log and Tessen is doing all 4 but this has me a little concerned because growl is the one not showing up and it would be nice to turn that off when i am running with the guildies in an instance. Elixsandria and Tessen”

For grinding, you must have Growl active in order for your pet to hold aggro. Because your pet’s ability to hold aggro should be maximized, starving your pet of Focus is not recommended. As such, running with Growl, Bite, and Claw all active is not recommended. We teach young hunters to only run with Growl/Claw so that their pets are able to hold aggro best.

Disable or don’t even bother training Bite. It costs 35 Focus to cast, Focus that would be more effectively spent on a Growl.

Your first pet respec is 10 silver. If you respec within a short time-frame, the exact time is unknown to us but let’s call it 24 hours, then the next pet respec will be 50 silver. The next respec is 1 gold. Then, if we recall correctly, 2g then 5g. Blizz didn’t raise the price, you just respec’d two times within the same 24-hour time-frame.

As for your pet-spell not appearing on your pet-actionbar, this is a common occurrence and easily solved. While your pet is summoned, open your spell book. On the bottom of the spellbook window is a tab labeled Pet. Click that. Now the window shows all the pet-spells you have available. Just like with your regular spells, grab a pet-spell and drag it to your pet action bar.

You can move your pet-spells around on your pet-actionbar just like any other spells, too. If you want Growl on the far-right, move it there. Do you want to reverse the positions of Aggressive and Passive, go ahead.

Notice that when you train your Fel Reaver the pet-actionbar is modified. The Defensive and Passive buttons are gone as Fel Reavers are always Aggressive.

    I know you were using 24 hours as an example, but it is a lot longer than that now (and may always have been–haven’t done a lot of respeccing).

    BUT…I did respec my cat a couple weeks ago, for 10s…and again last weekend…for 50s. I wish now I’d paid attention to the exact time period.

    Hmm…wonder if Mania knows…(except I can’t get to her sites from work).

    One thing though BRK. If you are leveling using a Boar( as I am) at some point you will be running with Bite as there are no Gore (4&5 I think it was) in game at the moment and Bite is more DPS at the moment.

    I hate Bite also.

    So, are the Horde going to be invading Elwynn/Westfall/Darkshore in order to stock up on Fel Reaver food? Or is there a similar Horde area food, such as the humanoid piggies around the Crossroads?

    Will a Fel Reaver Blend?

    Not can you blend it up, but it should have a blender adaptor, providing a smoothie for mana drink.

    It should also have a microwave so it can make you hot pockets to eat. Not as much regen but you can eat them walking to your next vic…err mob.

    Once I tame my Reaver, I will name it Robot.

    Then, I will rename my toon WillRobinson.

    Then, the obvious emote when attacked will be…

    “Danger, Will Robinson!”

    Please tell me I cam make an emote for that…

    Being Married and having 4 kids aged 9 and under I have had the “Marriage Agreement” in full effect for sometime, I laugh at all the points because I do those, the laundry one is pure gold and works for not just WoW (like when My Bruins or Dodgers or on)!!!! but iksnay on the speaknynay about it before they catch on!!!
