Not after the latest patch. As soon as it hit, I went out and tamed a level 70 leper gnome. The gore vs bite debate? Not even an issue now. Rank 7 Ankle-bite is far superior to both. In addition, the combination of the the +5% dodge and the increased aggro generation means that the Leper Gnome is the superior tanking pet. I don’t even want a Fel Reaver anymore. The mechanic (or purpose) of that one is still a mystery to me.
