Same movie, YouTube.

Edit: The purpose of this is to make them work and then optimize them for viewing. 425×350 is what they are both set to now. As for modifying the Google one further, we’ll have to do more research.

    No, he’s just testing out the new video-creation system they pushed in the latest patch.

    I definitely like the compression on the Google-video player better. Youtube sucks butt.

    Is there anyway you can make the Googlevideo bigger though? I’d say if it gives you control over dimensions, I’d make it at least 480×270 (or whatever height is proportional to 480. 480 is 1/4 HD sizes. A natural fraction of such)

    Also, if you can’t get that google link on the bottom right (the one that lets you copy the url), could you at least post the url to the video on google? (that way I can send it to friends).

    Good jorb, BRK! Keep up the good work of pioneering all these frontiers so we don’t have to. lol

    Hey, one more thing. I like the videos out there that show the guild taking down various raid bosses and such, but I don’t like how they all just mute the game sounds and play a lousy music track (usually music that hurts mah ears).

    There are a few videos out there that dont have music; only the gamesounds and Vent chatter. (Which, BTW, is how I learned to fight those bosses).

    So, could you capture the Vent chatter to your videos, too? Or at least make a ‘commentary’ version?

    Second on that suggestion for no music but rather the voice chat/game sounds…

    Also, I can see you don’t grind much! Too much time setting all the spells and pet on the mob, looks like you were looking “where did I put that?”…

    BTW: Now that TJ seems set on loosing that bet, will you consider doing it yourself? I mean, it would look awesome to have Hobbes by your side then summon Hobbes mount! And since pets no longer travel with us, it would look even cooler to be riding hobbes mount then suddenly dismount and have it by your side to fight! If it were not for me being in love with ez-mode hunting with a boar and the huge aggro he gets from charge, I’d be getting myself a Hobbes and doing the quest too! But it only looks good if I use the cat instead of my boar which I’m not planning to anytime soon! :)

    We were goofing off for crying out loud. Nobody grinds like that, sheesh.

    No, we’ll never get the Wintersaber Mount. TJ has been doing it for five weeks straight and is barely halfway there. There’s a reason it’s the worst rep-grind in the game.

    @Red - I started recording our vent chatter in the very beginning, but using Fraps to record…. It takes A LOT of space. I mean in the gigs. a 3 min fight takes up 3 to 4 gigs.

    Which is nuts.

    Also, you get the shy Raid Leader who’d find you at home and beat you silly for putting their voice out there into the big scary intarweb…. so yea. XD

    Don’t get me wrong, vent can be funnier than a song picked because it goes… but I’m running out of space XD

    Unless you have a nifty terabit harddrive. Then could you nab me one too? And I’ll record in full frontal sound from here on out!

    Well, BRK… you’re not alone in your fondness for things Mac’ish. Pelides is among the faithful as well and a video editor by trade!
