We did the channel-thing, bumping it to 128. We heard a lot more of the environment and maybe 25-50% more shots, but the shot-sound/shot-graphics were still not totally synced. Better, but not as good as it was.

In case you didn’t notice, we put up a new poll. If you think of a fun poll you’d like to see, slap your idea in the comments. You know the BRK-drill: hunter-esque themes, PG-13 language, coffee and other small distractions as we see fit.

BRK: We need a healer before we can go, I’m working on it.

TJ: WHEN ARE WE GOING TO SHATTERED HALLS?

BRK: There are no healers tonight, I don’t think we’re going to go. Cay is on her druid and wants to run a heroic, not heal. I tried, I’m sorry.

TJ: /shriek

BRK: I’m sorry, but we are running Kara tomorrow.

TJ: Oh that’s ok, I didn’t really need to run anything tonight anyway. I’m kinda relieved.

(She then hops on her hunter-alt and plays for hours, completely ignoring Winterspring).

That’s a big BRK Negative on the Hope Ender, Baalrock.

No stamina, agility, intellect, or sockets. That’s not hunter-loot so let those people can actually use it grab it. Frankly, let your guild shard the thing before you take it. Don’t even take that sword if they throw it at you, it’s junky.

Now your Spiteblade is a different story:

This certainly is worth of a “Hunter-Loot!” scream into guild-chat, you bet. Let’s pretend you got two of them and slapped the +20 Agility enchant on both, shall we? What would the total stats be?

+68 Agility
+32 Stamina
+160 RAP [ ( 14 * 2 ) + ( 20 * 2 ) + ( 46 * 2 ) ]

Now how would that compare to Legacy, our two-handed axe of adoration?

Slap on our +35 Agility enchant and its stats are:

+75 Agility
+46 Stamina
+155 RAP ( 40 + 35 + 80 )

Because we cannot read and type at the same time, we screwed up our previous recommendation for Marksman hunters to try the dual-wield approach. Nope, go Legacy if at all possible, regardless of spec. Marksman may slap a Savagery enchant for 190 RAP if they so choose.

Legacy: we can’t tell you what it says without screwing while typing, but it’s a nice polearm.

Axe. Whatever.

Farming is not about DPS, is it. If you like Spirit Bond for farming, go right ahead. If you like Hawk Eye for farming, do it. If you like running a 20/21/20 spec for farming, who are we to argue. Farm away, my friend, and Spirit Bond to your heart’s content.

But if anybody asks if Spirit Bond is good for leveling Fishing, we’re gonna /shriek.

So Spirit bond can help me level fishing? dang.

I am about 1/3 of the way to getting my brewfest ram, so me the orc shall be riding one soon…not wow soon, but soon as in before end of brewfest.

kazzak on farm status?? get the leggings man!!! for christs sake! +16 weapon skill rating to all ranged weapons is amazing! then you add 41 agility(with the socket bonus) and 3 red sockets(for agility or AP gems) and 76 more AP…

with 3 +6 agility gems thats 59 Agility, 135 AP, 1.64% crit, .97% hit)
pre tier 6:
only the gladiator’s legs have more crit(1.9%), but has *only* 90AP, 38 Agi, and 0 hit…

nothing has more AP, and only tier 5 legs have more to hit..

so pure DPS, they may be the best legs this side of BT!

Not to rub salt in ye wounds, and all that, but I had Sonic Spear on my first Shadow Labs run… at level 68. The Steelhawk Crossbow took me ~5 runs to get, but I finally did. Legacy took ~5 runs to snag, and I had to brow beat a holy pali for wanting to roll on it. I have both the T4 gear pieces from Karazhan (though I’d rather use my Maiden gloves), and several other nice mail items.

I had a wishlist a mile long, but for that poll, all I really want is my Sunfury Bow. No other Hunter is allowed to get it (mostly because I am a Class Officer without underlings). I’m sorry you had such poor luck with Legacy and Sonic Spear, but for getting all the rest of my gear with relative ease, I think I will have to wait a LONG time to get my lovely bow.

PS: What kind of captcha is “buuzwzz”?

If TJ has alt-hunter, maybe BRK should, or maybe admits, he has an alt-lock for equality.

Hunters are fun to play… I’m falling in love with my hunter but Kinzlayer will always be my main, I love the old Diablo 2 Necro too much to let go.

Yes, 42 was the answer to life, the universe and everything, but no one is quite sure what the actual question was. Thus Earth was made… in order to compute what the actual question was.

The name of of book 1 in the 5 book trilogy was, in fact The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy and NOT The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Universe.

There was a Restaurant at the End of the Universe though which brought up the intriguing question… how exactly can a robot be several times older than the Universe itself?

40 agi + 35agi Enchant + equip 80 atk pwr = 155 atk pwr

or

40 agi + 70 atk pwr sav enchant + equip 80 atk pwr = 190 atk pwr

my comment earlier was because BRK made a Freudian slip and typed “Equip: Increases attack power by 46.” for the legacy when he first made the post. i just pointed that out.
u came in after the correction. i can see how confusion could happen.
