BRK is Callisto in this anonymous report, and we swear we’ve been Callisto before. Or maybe we’re just nuts.
Speaking of nuts, after our domination of Gruul’s and hopped up on our sense of insanity, we boogied down to Magtheridon. No, seriously, we did.
After thirty minutes of strategic discussion, the raid attacked Maggie for the first time. We got three of the five adds down on our first attempt and we were thrilled. Woohoo! We’re going back on Wednesday when we’ll be calmer, cooler, and hopefully a lot less confused and discombobulated.
And that’s it. Zul’Aman beckons! Actually, we have a Blessing of Kings-worthy ZA-post to write sometime soon, so please stay tuned.

I think the hardest part is the Cube syncing pple tend to loose it there, once we got the cube clicking going everything was perfect in fact it ended being a very easy tank n spank fight.

We downed Maggie for the first time last night!! (Lycen Fel on EU Auchindoun). It’s a pretty easy fight for us hunters and you should be volunteering for “cube clicking duties” otherwise it’s just plain old DPS. Pop BW and trinkets as soon as the fight starts, the adds need to go down fast!!
Only downside was I kept my wife awake all night chuntering “Illidan is an arrogant fool…” in my sleep all night

The report shown is the public version – webstats changes the names of people to ‘anonymize’ the data for the non-public reports. that’s why he’s callisto this time around.
The report administrator can change that I think in their setup
Thanks Weezoh! I had the same question as Felandra. I keep learning so much from blogs and the WoW forum, it makes not being able to play more than a few hours per week just that more painful.
The reason you’ve been the same name twice is that Wowwebstats anonymous reports uses the same groups of names for each class. I’m not sure where calisto, rhea, and thetys come from… but look at the mages: expeliarmus, kedavra, alohomora – those are all spells in the Harry Potter novels… look at the paladins gemini, aquarius, leo – all signs. Druids – cirrus, mist, stratus, fog – all types of “clouds” sort of. Oh you get the point don’t you?
I agree with Felandra why all these other names?
Is it possible BRK is giving us different names so he shows up higher on the dps list? j/k
Regardless, can you stick with one name(preferably bigredkitty) on the reports so that you don’t have to make special notes about who you are each time.

guess I could have done the research before posting my previous comment, but Rhea & Thetys are both daughters of titans, Uranus & Gaia in greek mythology. Callisto was a nymph, also associated with the goddess of the hunt, Artemis

In regards to Mag, hunters should be laying freeze traps and locks should be banishing fearing summoned adds, we tank each banisher at their stone and DPS rotates through the room. MT is first or 2nd tank on banishers and sits free in front of Mag and then tanks Mag at the 11 O clock position b/w those 2 cubes. We assign 1st rotation/2nd rotation and do practice runs to make sure every runs out of the center of the room to their cube and then back. Your Raid Leaders should be watching to make sure everyone is going out as assigned. Should be on 2nd to last banisher when Mag comes free or close to it. Also, before his AOE blast, whichever rotation it is should head to their assigned cube with 15 seconds to spare in case of earthquakes and stand with their back to the wall to prevent being bounced away from their cube. At 33% we stop DOTs and DPS stops while healers top the raid off and then everyone that can get to a wall should to avoid the celing collapse. There is no enrage timer so it’s not a DPS race, slow and steady is the key to killing Mag.

we went into ZA last night after clearing TK …. we oneshotted the bear and the eagle bosses and wiped on the lynx …called it as most have the curse of work in the morning …
if u can oneshot gruul and prince, you can do these guys.
*hint …trash to eagle is just like gauntlet in BWL, keep moving.

not to mention the Berserker’s Rage and Signet of Primal Wrath …. you have to be in BT to replace those … am i not correct?
don’t forget they are reserecting Naxx as a 25 man, remember all the hi armor mobs in there, i think we are gonna need the gear that ignores armor in the future.
