We Needed Another

We have one of these at work, we needed one at home, so we added this to the store. Do you want one? Probably not, but that’s OK; we still love the drawing. We have some NASA mugs and Rocket Scientist mugs, but this one is our favorite.

And if you think this is shameless, wait until WotLK ships and we get in the midnight-opening line at our local GameStop with a boxload of BRK shirts and hats!

We’ll probably go home with the same boxload, but the fun is in the “doing”, right?

    Was looking at the latte-containment mechanisms and noticed a typo in the first mug’s description:
    “Since you really shouldn’t drink beer with *every* meal, fill this with coffee or |BKR’s| favorite, “Double-tall Raspberry Latte”.

    BRK’s favorite I can get behind. BKR’s? I’m not so sure

    You guys (BRK Shop) could either:

    1) Use proper image editing software;

    2) Shoot the proper goods!

    All the mugs look like sh*t! Why don’t you guys take a couple seconds more and wrap the image properly?

    Reminds me of those guys that want to sell a 2nd hand car and try to do it with the car all dirty… Sure, they’ll sell it, but they would have better “luck” if they washed it first!

    Not saying that people stop buying your mugs because they aren’t properly represented, but it wouldn’t hurt: they’d look MUCH more appellative, that’s for sure!

    Just my 0.02, unsolicited, as usual! :)

    The pic on the mug is all Cafe Press’s work. We upload the pic and they “wrap” it.

    Yes it looks silly. Yes the graphic may not be that great. But the mug is quite nice. We’re very happy with our mug, stein, and shirts.

    And we’ll go slap that typo around PDQ. Thanks :)

    Methinks my morning AH scans would be much more ejoyable sipping coffee from a BRK mug.

    That’s an excellent idea, BRK! We should coordinate our midnight-line site — we could have the only heavily-merchandised hunter & pet line in FL! (Assuming I get off my butt and create some Petopia stuff at some point.)

    Mania! Petopia and BRK at the Waterford Lakes WotLK midnight sale! We’ll rent a flatbed trailer, hire a band - we’re thinking Axel Rose isn’t busy - and sell hunter/pet goodness until our pockets burst!

    Oh, and BTW, LOVED! the story yesterday. I had tears running down my face I was trying to hold the laughs in at my cubicle farm.

    Um… sure. Axl might not be busy these days, but that’s probably due to the fact that he’s 40 pounds overweight and hasn’t been able to sing since 1991.
