The Big Pics

We’ve got our guy and we’re working on The Big Writeup. But in the meantime, here are The Big Writeup’s Big Pics. This is mostly a test of our ability to use Illustrator Photoshop to make the compilation picture, but maybe you’ll enjoy it too.

Depending on your browser, you should be able to open the picture and see it full-sized. Or, you can download the picture and view it locally.

You have Google gold selling ads on your site???

  6. BRK on December 16th, 2007 2:58 pm

    /sigh

Just like everybody else does, we try to eliminate the gold selling ads by modifying our Google Ad filters. The gold-sellers always fight back and change their addresses. It’s a never ending struggle.

Tell ya something though, and this is no lie. We see a 600% difference in the click-throughs on gold selling ads versus everything else.

You want to know why the gold selling ads keep fighting back? Because people click on them, that’s why.

And we’re adding this to the FAQs.

wow 6k hp…hope this guy doesn’t get hit much. All those blues are spiffy but geez.

If Gold Selling ads help keep this blog and associated forum online then who should care?

    Boycotting is obviously fail/fail.

No like, no click. No get nuts.

Good gear for a blue set, but I cried when I saw the gems ..

I mean, when you have everything else properly enchanted, it’s a real shame to use vendor gems, when you can get even better green at the same price at AH.

Disqualified for using vendor gems imo.

    oh,

and LOL at the gold selling comments/advertising here.

BRK, Illustrator? Why not Photoshop for this?

  12. Wraeth on December 18th, 2007 6:51 am

Tell me he resocketed his gear for this…I’m 100% with Coriolis on this one, vendor gems have no place in blues; imo its a sign of extreme laziness if someone has that sort of gem in their gear.

Then again, my guild knows me as a complete “ball buster” on gems/enchants, so maybe I’m just picky =P

  13. BRK on December 18th, 2007 6:53 am

    Photoshop. That’s what we said.

    /doh

    /agree

Vendor gems don’t really scream “…to become as powerful and as deadly as my wits and skills allow me.” as you posted previously.

Did you get my last 2 emails or did you over look them?

Im not whining i just know you recieve ALOT of email.
