Merry Christmas!

snoopy.jpgThe boy is out of control. Why a 5-year-old can’t contain himself on Christmas Day with presents, cookies, and M&Ms from his stocking, we have no clue.

When Mrs BRK claims she can assemble the play-kitchen and we subsequently find a huge pile of nuts and bolts on the dresser, remind us to question the construction forewoman. Yes, the dog knocked the kitchen in half, the play-cabinets landed in the tree.

We got Wordpress for Dummies and an N52TE, not to mention two sweaters and the 3/4-length wool coat we wanted. Booya!

Mrs BRK received cashmere everything, except for the silk blouse. /score bonus points

Seriously fellas, if you don’t have a clue how to shop for your girl, go to Nordstrom’s and ask for a personal shopper. Bring a picture of your significant other and they’ll take care of everything.

We have installed the AJAX Edit Comments plugin. Hopefully, we haven’t burned down our site in the process. Happy comment-editing, everyone.

    bah humbug…

    i cannot wait for your review of the N52TE. I have been eyeballing that ever since your blog pointed it out to me. I use my 17″ macbook Pro as my gaming platform and although I do not miss having a number pad, an auxiliary controller would be nice.

    Keep up the good work, your blog is tantamount to successful hunters.

    Hey, when is the N52TE going to be released? You got the preorder or the actual item? I got the other one from my wife for Christmas, and now I wonder if I should return it for the other one.

    And a happy Boxing day as well.
    I hope that you will share your N52TE Setup files with us. I too got one yesterday (well a cert for one to come real soon now) and I caused me to get out the plain N52 and to find that intelMac drivers are out for it so I can use it again… and have come up with a few problems with the string length that is allowed in the built in macros as well as the speed I have to run them at to get them to work and this with a MacPro.

    the work around I know for this is to do the macro inside WoW and call it with the N52 via a single keystroke. but I have the feeling that I have a lot to learn on using this device (had stopped using it before I got WoW as it did not have a working Driver for the Intel macs) and the best way for me to learn how to use things like this is to study others configurations.

    Wool coat… in Florida? How often does it hit a temperate when you would need a wool coat?? =) Seriously though, get some cedar moth protection asap if you don’t already have it. I’ve long since lost my favorite wool coat because hubby lost the moth protection that used to travel with it. :(

    Yesterday afternoon, when talking to a friend about the mornings activities with the 2yro and his 5yro bother, I likened them to ADD crack monkeys, because they opened everything in no time flat and played with every single toy, several times, unable to give their attention to any one thing for very long. It was chaos!

    I’d love to hear what you think of the N52TE… have been pondering asking for one for my birthday but i’d love to hear how it handles first :)
    I also got wordpress for dummies… although god knows when I’m gonna have the time to read it!
