I was teaming up with 2 more guys (one was a hunter lvl 17/18) , and it seemed these guys were on alts, and they just got to know the main identities (light bulb going on scene). A band-aid solution, but it does help. I have a lot of alts, and paladin was probably the toughest to level. At 35 you can start the full out aoe grind though, and that makes a big difference.
