No More Slacking For Us

We did Maggy in our PvP-spec. Late to the instance meeting-time, we didn’t boggie to Ironforge and get our traditional 41/20/0 PvE talents and just rolled with our arena-build. We did fine, still doing massive DPS. We were a cube-clicker, so we weren’t surprised when we were below a warlock who didn’t have to click. No biggie, no problem.

In ZA though, against a full-bore DPS target like Nalorakk, we won’t be denied our prize of Top DPS. But we thought we could save a little gold and still have fun in our PvP setup. The raid did take down Bear and Eagle bosses without much hassle, we didn’t feel bad at all.

But then we published the WWS report. Lookie at this, our little squishy friend got all uppity and cracked the top spot. We’re Titan in that report and clicking the pic itself takes you to the anonymous report). Very good work on his part, we’re pleased and happy for him!

Not.

Next raid, we’re bring the proper 41/20/0 BM-spec and plan on retaking our place. It’s not a matter of pride, just pure, unmitigated epeenery. Top spot is ours! /grabby hands!

Note: A big BRK Shout Out of Thanks to TJ for becoming a BRK Author and posting stuff for us when we could not. Thanks so much!

And he was doing dps for 101% of the time! Sounds like hax. <_<

I need to finger out this WWS stuff. I’m a bit of a noob with reports and the like… but… since I’ve started reading BRK, I’ve gone from sucking hardcore (DPS ranked below the tanks in Kara) to #1 regularly. BRK, I’ve got a fellow BM hunter (converted from MM to BM after I got him reading this) regularly #2 DPS in Kara.

    Thx for the edjumacation!

BRK needs a Spriest to give the lock 20% more damage free :D, then he will have a challenge.

To be fair, the lock did have quite an unfair advantage, a Boomkin druid for extra spell crit, for not only more crits, but more ISB uptime. If BRK had a bear or cat to extract his own 5% crit I think that our numbers would have been much closer. Of course, I think that 101% is really what made the difference, only giving 100% is just not enough against a Demonology Warlock!

Congrats Bristinie! Was this using the incinirate replacing shadowbolt option you had considered? Or was it pure shadowbolt spam + dots?

BTW, I heard a disturbing rumour that BRK did some melee’ing during that instance…

Next raid, we’re bring the proper 41/20/0 BM-spec and plan on retaking our place behind Doomilias as #2. It’s not a matter of pride, just pure, unmitigated epeenery. Top spot is Doom’s!

    fixed! :)

After studying your wws report I noticed that the warlock attempted to fudge his over all damage by BBQing a squirrel.

All I can say to that is … nice one THOSE SQUIRRELS DESERVE EVERYTHING THEY GET!!!!

Good to see you guys using a Tankadin. Eagle trash is so much easier with a Tankadin to round up the birds, and you will just love him on Dragonhawk.

Tell “Taurus” that he’s got a fan. Hope he gets the mace off of Eagle soon.
