We Are Dying Inside
We recorded about ten clips of the race. While compressing the clips from within the WoW client, we accidentally exited the application during a compression. We know from experience that when this happens, the specific clip that is being compressed will be lost. We were screaming at our computer, “NOOO!!!” as it exited. Our only prayer was that it wasn’t compressing the specific clip that contained the start of the race to the end. Please, anything but that.
Nope. We got hosed. Our race-video is gone. We have pre-race video, post-race video, but almost nothing of the race itself. We’re going to have to do two things.
1. Write Blizz and demand someone’s head on a platter.
2. Cry.
3. Hold another race.

Yes, Please, another race! I could not make it and was so looking forward to the footage, but if I can’t have that, making it to Part 2 – TJ’s Revenge will be even better. A dwarf race would be interesting, but does not have the “creepy” factor of hundreds of ankle bitters.

Just a suggestion for the next race. From Coolridge to Stormwind. No tramming allowed. Oh the carnage. Thanks a ton for setting up this race. It was a blast. Bummer about the video, but it happens.
I vote for another race – that I will/can actually make (serious, 5 HOURS in Mana Tombs? WTH?) – and definately must storm Org after! Bwahaha, a sea of gnomes collectively taking down level 70s, oh the sweet sweet carnage. >=D
In the meantime, take comfort in this video of Gnome Wrath that I found on youtube. An entire guild rolled level 1 gnomes while their server was down, and just ran around as a collective sea. Tell ya what, that’s one big guild!

I’d love another run – missed this one due to a Karazhan run running a smidge longer than planned. Not complaining (I got three epics), but it did mean I missed the race.
I actually got to go since my raid got held off a bit, and it was uber fun! I’d love to go again
I vote for an another run. I have a suggestion for you, though. How about next time, you roll horde characters, that way you have as much trouble negotiating the route as some of us did. I’m sure you could devise a route from one area to another without much trouble. it would be awesome to see BRK running around naked as a tauren or a blood elf… or maybe a sexy undead?!?

It was fun nonetheless. 
That was a great time. Thanks BRK and AC for organizing and running it. I’ve never seen so much pink and blue hair in one place! I was in the middle of the pack and made it to Menethil in one piece. Next time, I vote for a longer race. Stranglethorn, maybe?

Woot I vote another race…
I came in first from the Dun Morogh route due to strategic placement in the pack. I let the guys out front act as aggro bait.
A Crockolisk took down #1 right before the bridge for me and I ran on to discover those who had come via Iron Forge Airport were ahead of me… Oh well Gnudist enjoyed the port to Shat and now I’ve got a level 2 Gnome hearthstoned in Shat on a PVE server to take up some space on Blizzards hard drive.
