    I’m at work so I can’t watch, but has anyone noticed that all the sheep have disappeared from Elwynn forest. Like, not a few gone, every sheep has vanished, as if there was some sort of mystical Sheep-ly Rapture.

    Very weird.

    What armor was the red mohawked troll wearing in the dance scene near the end? hawt!

  19. Galorfinor on April 29th, 2008 12:25 pm

    Hey Guys,
    Whistel, good job. what a good way to remember someone. I was watching it during a training break over wifi for system ops training in AUS.
    note: love the NYC background

    Cheers

    @Norim

    It is the Battleforge Armor set. And yes, trolls are underrated in the “schmexy” department, especially their dance.

    Actually so is the Orc female dance. I forgot to add one in. As the creator, you get to a point where you just can’t look at it anymore. It’s only after the fact where you see all the flaws and where improvements could have been made. ;)

    That was awesome…I think I caught all the references…:{.

    You’re right that troll chick is pretty schmexy.

  23. Anonymous on April 29th, 2008 10:10 pm

    THAT WAS AWESOME!!! What video editing program did he use to make it?

  24. Whistel on April 29th, 2008 11:09 pm

    @Anonymous

    Whistel = she…notice all the chick flicks. C’mon, Flashdance? ;)

    I am *very* new to machinima. One month ago I had never heard of Fraps (video recorder), and two weeks ago I would have thought Sony Vegas (video editing) referred to the latest sponsored casino.

    Those are probably obvious apps, as well as WoW Model Viewer…so you are likely referring to the editing of the original movie scenes used. Believe it or not, good ole MS Paint…sometimes one pixel at a time. It’s the price you pay for not knowing what you are doing; I’m sure there are better tools.

    But an immensely fun learning process, and all well worth the effort seeing all the positive responses and hopefully a few smiles.
