I have eaten cheese and pizza well past it's prime before. There was this time in Iraq I had my aunt ( who makes amazing spaghetti ) send me some of hers frozen. It was more or less frozen when I got it. I nuked the crap out of it and ate on it for a week. None of my fellow soldiers were brave enough to try though.... cowards....

As for the ring challenge..... I say "42"

@Nick S

OT

Thanks Nick. Makes sense. Because it applies to "all attackers" of course, Improved Hunter's Mark is a hell of a group buff. They wouldn't give it up without a reason.

I'm sure there are situational fine points for improving revive pet or not; but for me it generally makes playing a hunter so much easier. Went without it for a long time. Respecced just to get it back.

The spicy meat of and by itself I would agree to still be 100% safe. The only thing I would question is the package. One possible reason that they could have a expiration date is if something in the package is not 100% UV resistant. If the dye in the plastic wrapper is not UV protected it can break down and off-gas into the meat (i.e. you are eating carcinogens). Then again, damn near every known thing contains something that can cause cancer.

Judgement: Meat = Safe.

However, if it was a beer that was past it’s “drink by” date and you decided to pitch it rather than save it until you were “too drunk to notice it was a little skunky”…then you are an adult.

Personally, I decided that this weekend I was unquestionably an adult. I needed paint. Rather than heading directly to the clearance / mis-tint stuff I actually took some of those sample papers and went home to compare it to the carpet / furniture / counter tops. Then again, I had pudding for breakfast so maybe the jury is still out.

Want to know when you've spent too much time as a reference librarian? When you realize you know - without looking it up - that even though the spicy meat is past it's expiration date, you can still be certain it's safe to eat.

Pepperoni meets such a standard IF (emphasis on that two-letter word) the package was still sealed. If it was open, it moves to "probably ok", though the fact it's sliced moves it further down the "As an adult, do I eat this?" chain.

Pepperoni is pretty much inhospitable to bacteria. Low moisture level plus high level of salt makes a classic preservation technique. Open package means moisture may have entered. Small slices means greater likelihood that enough moisture's entered to both cross the "too dry" level AND dilute the salt to survival (for bacteria) levels.

Brave Sir Robin ran away..
Bravely ran away, away!
When danger reared its ugly head,
He bravely turned his tail and fled,
Yes Brave Sir Robin turned about,
And gallantly he chickened out..
Bravest of the Brave, Sir Robin!

..And they were forced to eat Robin's minstrels.
And there was much rejoicing.
yaaaaaay.

Brought to you by the Spanish Inquisition guild of Malfurion.. who recruited me all those years ago in Menethil with a message about a comfy chair.

And how on earth did you end up with so many Coilskar keys?? Hubby and I have a hard time getting enough each to do the quest every day!
