MT died at 17% on Anetheron. Anetheron stomps a whole bunch of DPS into the ground, including us.

Let’s talk about what happened…

“GUYS!! The druid is tanking him!!”

But the healers didn’t notice in time, and the druid died, too.

“GUYS!!! ANOTHER DRUID IS TANKING HIM!!!”

And she was! And she got heals and Anetheron went down. Finally. We love druids at BRKWWA, darn tootin’. Good thing AC has 1.3 billion of ‘em.

    Now if I could only tame one of those Alliance kitties, I be hearin’ they are smexy.

    Not like the damn screwy horde kitties we have over here…can’t even tame them…Q.Q

    Ya know the best times come from the RL calling a wipe only to have a bear pop up and grab aggro and end up beating the boss.

    I did that once in LBRS at Drakk… the warrior was about to go down, and the only two left were me and the priest; I innervated the priest, shifted to bear and successfully finished the fight… and got yelled at because I didn’t help heal.

    nelf druids are so much smexier than tauren druids in kitty form… though that is the only good thing i have to say about them.

    Another good example of why I’m Alt’ing with a Druid at the moment. Healer, DPS + Tank, and Caster dps in one class equals wonderful.

    Don’t forget to give credit to the Alliance Foot Soldiers who successfully tanked him for a little while… also note that “GUYS!!! ANOTHER *feral* DRUID IS TANKING HIM!!!”, the squishy variety would not have tanked very long and were still back healing and pew pew ing, although also very important.

    Us feral druids wear at least some season 3 gear in kitty dps form and a couple dual purpose items from badge rewards so shifting to bear, changing to our tanking weapon and idol can usually save a party from a wipe and down a boss… same thing happened on our first Leo kill as well, only myself, lock, and a healer were still alive at the end.

    I am going to make an O crap macro that shifts me to bear, equips my tanking weapon and idol and yells to the raid to heal Jace.

    The Elite only have 1 druid and she is balanced and can keep up with the hunters in DPS in moonkin form and can do a great job healing but she goes down in 2 hits with a boss….

    Plus, no resto druid is going to be able to get or hold aggro on a non-tauntable boss.

    Gratz on that kill. You’ll find next one pretty easy to kill so the only real contest will be T6 gloves dropping Azgalor, which is also not a big thing if you know what you are doing.

    Considering some of the other alts he’s named when bored, that one is pretty tame ^.^
