Oh man, nerf Horde! They get BRK as a pet???

  2. Fathgar on July 31st, 2008 7:14 pm

Yet another way Blizz shows their true colors and gives nice things to Horde and the scraps to the Alliance.

But in all realness that is so full of win it is bursting at the seams.

I keep saying I want Polymorph: Tauren, and now you tease me with a Hunter’s pet…

  4. Kemonojin on July 31st, 2008 10:13 pm

    Fathgar: That’s such a load I don’t even know where to start…

Where did someone find a twelve foot ‘dwarf’, anyway?

Fantasy, Fathgar, it is all fantasy!

The only thing that breaks my heart is the fact that our beloved BRK is slowly falling behind the curve. While we’re logging in here to read a comic strip, Blizz is finally caving on the stable slots in Beta. I know a certain dwarf hunter that has been whining about this for ages…

    @ Higgins

More pet slots!??!! Holy Crap! REALLY?

@both of you… read down a couple of blog posts.

Upon reading that It does not say specifically that it is an okay for more stable slots. There was another suggestion given by a player asking for pets to be summonable from the stables. Considering that they are already implementing a way to make non-hunter pets and mounts “castable” to not take up bagspace I bet they are using this for hunter pets so you can swap them on the fly without going to the stable. Unfortunately, if the okay was for that then a bigger stable might still be out of reach.

If you go down a couple posts, he does talk about stable slots.

i’m always keeping one stable slot open on the off chance they make druids tamable. you won’t convince me otherwise, no sirree.

tamable dwarf hunters? eh… i’d still rather have a druid.

From what i have gathered the Exotic pets arn’t going to be a category like Devilsaur or Chimera but are going to be versions of pets in each family that have different abilities. Like a raptor that doest just do a DPS move but a DPS move that can cause disease for instance. Or Dragon hawks with ice breath. etc etc etc. Would be nice if they were all rare elite mobs as well so it took some effort to get the little buggers.

    @ Rauk

I know we’ve all seen Ghostcrawler’s ‘okay’ post on this site already, but I thought people might be interested in the further details of that particular post.

So, without further ado, it is my honor to present the hunter community with this link:

Wow people really do not know when I am joking around even though Kemonojin seems to have the same type of dry humor that I do.

@ kunukia I do realize it is all fantasy. Horde can only wish they could have their own BRK, I know it breaks their heart but that is the way it has to be.

    BRK as a pet? phft!

despite her caster-stats, TJ is the most awesome exotic pet.
