Awesome! If this means that Kodos can be tamed too, my poor raven Poe might see the light of day ‘nevermore’, and soon i’ll have me a honkin great kodo stomping around me… If the raid thought the flapping and screeching was annoying, wait till they get 2 hours of stomping!
I can hear the ranged classes QQ’ing about not being able to see what’s going on in raids and such. Melee DPS being swallowed up in the pet’s pixels. ^_^
Brings up a question: Why are Rhinos bigger than the Devilsaurs?

OMG! What have you done? 5 pets and not one of them was Hobbes!! He killed for you. He aggroed for you. He kept you company all those long lonely nights. He was furry and warm. And what do you do when you find a bright shiny new bauble (or dull grey lummox). I’m so disappointed.
It’s the Beta, Flanis. Hobbes cannot be troubled to bestir himself for a mere beta, as it would be beneath his dignity. Now, when there are some real monsters to kill and loot to grab, he might be inclined to forgive BRK’s flirtations with these lesser creatures…
So, does the rhino have a family ability implemented? Anyone know what it is?

@ willstream, My hunter can get 3k crits and I’m not even in the beta, all she has is pre-kara gear, the shoulders from big bad wolf, the cross bow from attuemen, and the grips of deftness. So it’s not that hard (unless your not in a raiding guild).
sigh… no WAY are they going to let us keep our pets that big… it won’t happen.
Brk, what exactly did you use to hit for 3691? it didnt seem as if you were doing an aimed shot, looked almost like steady. if so then I’m REALLY liking the looks of things for my hunter ^^

My druid is a bear tank and I get bished at occasionally for being too big. :p People are going to hate pets this big in instances… think of the flappy annoying pets x 500…
…that being said, I still love it.
BRK, bug them to let us have our pets run alongside us on ground mounts again. I can understand not putting them out when flying, but I miss having my chosen pet at my side at all times…

I’m surprised that rhino’s species ability isn’t “Collapse into singularity: Undergo gravitational collapse, producing a white dwarf star, inflicting 5000 fire damage to all within 30 yards. If rhino is affected by Bestial Wrath when this is activated, collapse continues into black hole, destroying everything within 50 yards permanently.”
Could you in the future list their damage and armor, as well?
Neat! A couple of thoughts -
1. I really hope they implement dual talent trees; my SV hunter wants a Rhino! ;P
2. I almost hope they DO reduce the rhino’s tamed size at least a bit; I foresee targeting nightmares!
BRK, the Devilsaur that is in your stable right now, the black skinned model. Did you recently tame that one from Tyrantus in Netherstorm?

Off question about rhino vid.. when u first show the rhino in IF it looks like there is a wolf mounted horde sitting in front of the fire pit in the military district.. is this really a horde or some new alliance mount? lol

That is the Horde emissary for I believe the AQ20/40 event (correct me if I’m wrong).
