If our podcast is going on iTunes, we don’t want to get banned for copyright violations. Thus, this intro is not going to be used. We really liked it, though.

    Although you cant use the song, you should stick with the WBRK title. It fits so well!

    as far as i understand it, you can use bits and pieces of copyrighted materials all you want. Other podcasts do it all the time.

    Awesome, I love your podcasts and movies, that are amazing. Such a shame you cant use that that would be such a great intro. I cant download your podcasts cause I dont have an Ipood, so is there any way you could convert them to MP3 as well as Itunes?

    Light Of The Sun just so you know you dont need an IPod to get Itunes and therefore download the podcast to your computer, if you want to convert into MP3 i imagine theres also some converter out there you could download to put it on a non Ipod MP3 player. Itunes is free btw.
