A Quick Wednesday List
1. Mrs BRK got us the WotLK Xpac DVD Spectacular for our anniversary. We said, “Again, no socks. Just like every year. Someday, we’ll get socks.” We really like socks.
2. We almost bought the xpac ourselves. We would not be writing today had we done so, as she would’ve broken our hands.
3. The reason we didn’t buy it was because the manager at the Game Stop said they would NOT be having a midnight event for the WotLK on the 13th.
4. We are plotting what action to take to coerce the Waterford Lakes Game Stop to perform their duty towards us and those people who want to join us in a midnight extravaganza.
5. Apparently, the sales people knew who “Mrs BRK” was. She was very angry about that, while simultaneously being pleased. You have to be a redhead to train that skill.
6. We wrote a huge article for WoW Insider today. Wrote, foshizzle! First one in a long time that wasn’t a movie. We anticipate a Flame-War of the Week award from our editors. Yes, it’s that good.
7. The beta is still laggy, so no new movies. But we did try to take on Molten Core with Pike the other day. Why she didn’t blog about it, we have no idea.
8. We are reeling in an interviewee for the next podcast. We think she’s teasing us… /raised eyebrow
9. If Melvin is messing with the Diet Coke of Evil, he is not long for this world. Hope his Will is done.
10. There are Christmas decorations on shelves at… we refuse to name the store. But still, we wanna burn that motha down.

Believe me, BRK, those of us who have to put the Christmas stuff out this early cringe at it as well.
While ordering my Wrath CE yesterday I noticed my local strip mall was hanging christmas lights.
It’s a sad world.
I’ll be ordering two copies of the CE from my local GameStop today. Mrs. ST was a wow-widow, but she’s got two 70’s of her own now.
It’s odd that your GameStop isn’t having a midnight release. My brother is an assistant manager, and as of yesterday, his store is releasing at midnight. If I didn’t have a day job, and he lived on the same side of the city, I’d order them from him.

(a) I’ll have to make a 4 hour round trip the next day when I could have gotten my copy here at home,
(b) I wont get to meet BRK in person and revel with the other Huntards in attendance,
(c) I wont be able to get a BRK autograph on my WotLK. Well, maybe not (b) and (c) if I can get BRK to meet me at the store when we do pick up our copies.

Also, is the store you’re talking about the Walmart on East Colonial? If not, then surprise, Christmas stuff is up there, too.
first of all it sucks that waterford lakes isn’t doing a midnight release of WoTLK, I will personally call the manager at that gamestop and bug the hell out of him until they do. I’ll be at the gamestop across the street from the mall at millenia gamestop for their midnight release. Too bad though i’m a long time reader and would have loved to meet you guys.
My Gamestop is having the traditional midnight party. Yay! The fun part for me is being the oldest person there. All the kiddies go slackjawed at a gray haired lady wearing a hunter button and purchasing a CE Blizzard game.
Regarding number five? No, you don’t have to be a redhead to do that, just need to be female. Mind you, not all of us snag that talent and redheads do have racial bonuses that allow them to further benefit from it, but we all have access to it!
