BigRedKitty from two years ago, (notice the pumpkins).

0/21/30 Survivalist! We were a crit-machine, regularly one-shoting squishies for 2k with our Aimed Shot. Our Ice Barbed Spear, Flawless Arcanite Rifle, and rare PvP set. We would go on to get the epic PvP set before Burning Crusade came out, though.

And Hobbes! /happy-dance

I really wish I had been taking screen shots two years ago. I’ll have to look around, but I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have any. I never even took screen shots of dinging level 60.

BRK used to be called Damh.. I think someone already had the name when he changed realms so he chose the name BRK instead. I lost all my screenshots (and pretty much everthing else) when my hard drive died 18 months ago. So backup those screenshots people. Protect your history!

My boar is in the stable, and is going to be very sad when Ngakma levels away from her. On a bright note, I (Ngakma) got a yellow wasp, and two days later my priest farmed up a ‘firefly’ pet, so now I can run around with the same pet and companion skin. I haven’t named the wasp yet, and I think I will have to name it after the great series.

Remember when you could get critical error if you stayed in LFG channel when some scriptkiddie copypasted a line of code there?
Some dudes forgot to /leave lfgchannel for onyxia raid Oo

And ah yeah, my eyes saw that owl go BIGREDOWL many times, break the frost nova and eat the mage a few times.. they even blinked close so the owl wouldn’t have to travel so much x)

This one is from summer 2005, when my hunter (my first main <3) was in her 40s. Back when pets still followed you on your mount. No UI on there, since it’s been edited for the blog, but still!

This was back in early 2005 iirc….notice the original skin on Mirevere.

Back then, the trainer still handed you the mount at level 40, but he had some dialog about implementing a quest at some point.

Ah … memories. I can see you had Blackhand’s and the Devilsaur trinkets. Makes me think of all those Baron runs for pieces of my Beaststalker set and still never getting them all.

Aw, I wish I had some still. Started playing in July of ‘05 but, like so many others either a comp crash/reformat/ motherboard frying (that was a fun one) ate the images.

Though, seeing some of the older images just make me grin / cringe. What was blizz thinking with some of those sets?

Sadly, I lack screenies from 2006. Wasn’t in the game, really. But I recently started a Flickr account for the adventures of my main (and his alts) on Shattered Hand. I loves it. My biggest problem is remembering to get caps.
