Finally got the voicemail that my Game Stop will have a midnight release! Two days ago they told me they definitely weren’t, but the guy that answered the phone sounded like a jerk anyways. (Probably annoyed with people like me calling)

We had a minor flood a few years back and all of my LPs were ruined. I had a lot of great album covers I wanted to use as a wall board. No Elton John, but all of the Police, Pink Floyd (until the split), all the Led Zeppelin albums, along with another 200 or so. I never got into buying cassettes, but I had an 8-track player in my first car.
That shows age, because the car wasn’t THAT old. LOL If Mrs BRK bought the Elton John album, good on her! It’s not my choice in music, but 27 Dresses isn’t my choice of movies either. I think my wife has about the same taste in music and movies as your wife BRK, you have to take the good with the bad.
Have fun tonight everyone who can. Nothing is running a midnight release in my area, so I’ll probably just be loading WotLK until Friday.
Our Pie is makin the big time, getting face time on the BRK!! WOOT! BTW, BRK, I was at the Ezra run, it was epic, I made it almost to the boat before I got dc’d for the final time for me. It was amazing to see soooooo many cow’s rockin out, and you were totally right in your podcast. There were no smacktards! Everyone was respectful and there for the right reasons! Good job, even if we didn’t sack stormwind, we still had a blast!

so when the servers came back up did you all get in on the glitchy arean/pvp vendors? full merciless set for F R E E … etc. the stuff isn’t as good as post kara gear, but if you had high level alts it was free candy.

@Fahr & Bacon: Go to pawn shops and ask if they have any old LPs. Let them know you don’t care if it’s scratched so bad you can’t play it, all you want is the covers. Many shops will let you have them for 10 cents each just to get them out of the back room.

i had two free pre-orders at GameCrazy, because I used to work at Hollywood Video, but I guess they both got canceled, eh. whatever the Hollywood corp. fails anyways. Just got my pre-order at game stop, heading there after work tonight for the partay!
