   Is this a bug that will be fixed? It isn’t anything huge, so I can’t see it being top priority. This has happened several times to me as well. If I have a pet out, and the quest has me taking a flying maching/griff/whatever somewhere; the pet doesn’t despawn. I’m just curious if it is considered a bug, or just a neat oddity.

    It’s an especially funny bug when the mobs in Wintergarde(?) hitch a ride under the “rescue gryphons” and dismount at the flight point, all itching to fight. This was a bug I discovered by going AFK while flying to Wintergarde Keep (Hello, Nature! So kind of you to call!). Came back to find myself dead, but unflagged (as I had been before the flight), and surrounded by “friendly” NPCs. Apparently they (the friendly NPCs) aren’t all that interested in mobs as long as there’s a PC there to keep the mobs busy. Of course, as soon as the PC is dead, the NPCs lay into the mobs and smush them.
