I got Wraith Strike last night too! It’s a sexy sexy spear. I almost lost it to a warrior but after I won i felt bad- he was still in greens! I’ll have to figure out how to replace the 58 hit I lost from my double cobalt slicers but man does it look better. I hated those swords. They were way too big.
Speaking of Turtles- Anyone else annoyed that Turtles are tenacity pets? I mean, i know it makes sense but I miss my Ghamoo Ra!! I never play him becuase gorillas make such better tanks. If anyone has any imput on how to multi-target tank with a non-gorilla pet I’d love to hear it. So all you worm-tank hunters help me out! (I know you’re out there, i see you all the time.)

Did the Spiritz Beast go with ya on GW Faerina? We had two in there including my Banshee. Wiped twice not knowing that the two SBs were nuking the 4 followers for us. Hunter who was slowing burning one of her followers kept saying someone else was DPSing his target:)
I finally saw one of the random Spirit Strikes and we then knew it was the SBs taking down the followers. Turned both cat’s SS off next try and went off like clockwork. Put another nail in the SB coffin for that one.
Running with my Lion Buckwheat now, can’t have random Spirit Strikes now can we?

Ummm, it is the hunter who controls the pet, yes?
Spirit Strike tool tip says nothing about it proccing off of the main target, it appears to be another bug with this pet. I had noticed it while grinding mobs, but it didn’t occur to me that it was the issue in the fight
Yes the hunter does control the pet, but when the pet does not act in accordance with it’s stated talents, we learn from it and go on
Not really, no. Due to the Spirit Beast’s spirit strike having a DoT duration of 10 seconds but specced 3/3 longevity the spirit strike ability has a cooldown of 7 seconds, the pet’s AI won’t cast spirit strike when its cooldown is up if there is still a spirit strike waiting to be detonated so it will cast it on another nearby hostile target, assuming there is one. This only happens when it is set to autocast.

Female dwarves are mythical creatures. What you are seeing is just BRK photoshopped to look like a female dwarf.
Agreed. Females dwarves are creatures of myth.
Titans create dwarves, they can’t reproduce with only males after all.
We even have Halls of Lightning, Halls of Stone and Ulduar to prove it all.
Kwil, to answer your first question, yes, Loque was there for the Spider and Plague quarters and the first half of the Construct quarter. Hobbes came along for the second half of Construct and all of Military.

Thanks, Chris. I switched out Bashee for Buckwheat after the Spider qtr and ran him all the way through the Four Horsemen. DPS difference was quite noticible. If the figures weren’t wrong looked to be around 3-4% better with my Lion.
