We’re circling the one known spawn-point for Gondria when we get a whisper from a hunter named Trap, “I found Gondria!”

He offered it to us to tame. We /invited him, flew to his spot, and there Gondria was right there at 69, 48.

But the server was shutting down!! We had to dismiss our temp-pet, trap, and tame the thing before the server shut down!!

We barely made it.

For his generosity, Trap is getting a Spirit Beast Pull Toy, totally gratis.

Our taming movie, however, did not survive the server restart.

But the Gondria movie is being made right now!

    O.O New Spirit Beast! /cheer. Blizz wisened up then, I suppose. Can’t wait to get one of my own, I have been planning to go back to BM and this the perfect way to ring in the new patch.

    Bummer it’s still a rare. I wish they would introduce a plain ol’ fast respawn boring spirit beast for those of us who don’t have the time to camp spawns.

    Or make that black kitty thing in Storm Peaks one and tamable, if you go to war with the dirt dworks.

    BTW, BRK, when 3.1 goes live… Do you intend to keep Loq, or go for Gondria and abandon Loq? Or keep both of em in hopes of a two-pets-at-once feature? o.o I don’t think I could decide, really, between Gon and Loq…. to quote an earlier podcast: “AGH They’re So Cool!” =)

    Don’t know if it exists for pc

    For PC users that’s a good recording tool, considered better than Fraps (and free aswell):

    I don’t think its a terrible thing to have new sb’s as rares, just would be much cooler with different ferocity pet skins.( of course blizz would prob be cruel enough to make them spirit tallstriders)

    I love cats as pets … have had a bunch … but had hoped next SB would be a different type though. A Spirit Gorilla with Starfire would be pretty nifty!

    But now we know it’d be a crab. ;-)

    Kind of a already used model, so I prefer Loq’s uniqueness, and his blue glow.

    This could be your Hobbes 2.0 BRK.

    But I know you’re a true BM Hunter, you’ll never replace Hobbes with a 2.0.

    (you should have cancelled the compression of the movie right when it started, right after you finish recording, it would have saved it uncompressed = )

    BRK, have you given up on Saphire Hive Queen due to the negative feedback in raids? I love my Queenie but if I’ll never be able to use her then she really is just a vanity pet.

    *ARGHHH* I’d also like to get Aotona too, if it stays tamable in 3.1. It’s been so long since I’ve run with a bird.

    Totally wondering about the other two tiger models. I was going to assume that perhaps it spawns with a different color/name, but judging from known screenshots it’s always the purple one.

    This was an umbilical hose, actually, not a Shuttle failure.

    Hooray for 30 year-old aeroengineering. Hope you enjoyed your day off. Glad to see Kepler up and running, too. Fun idea: Make a Spirit beast movie and thread it in with Kepler’s first returns on Proxima Centauri…see how many people you can convince that angry, hungry ghost cats live on PC 3.

    In your screenshot it looks like he glows quite a bit, wispy trails and whatnot.
    However, in other screenshots I don’t see that.

    So…is he glowy/wispy? Or not?

    I’m not BRK, but I’ll tell you what I tell my raid group – if you don’t want Ayamiss coming to raid and buzzing about and getting in your face, bring a damn boomkin! Consistently! She has no problem being sidelined for Isidore (my new raptor), but if there’s no Faerie Fire, she’s bringing the Sting. :P

    have just tamed Spirit Hobbes on PTR PVE server

    as soon as i heard this beauty was on the PTR i went there, flew around a bit, and found him, i really hope once it goes live that its not that easy

    Very nice, already had people in Dal /w saying “Where did you get that?!?!”

    i can see a new shirt already….

    Why should blizz only stick with cat and other ferocity pet models all spirit beasts are considered ferocity so why doesn’t blizz try…

    Well Gratz for BM’ers :) unfortunately I wont be able to tame this beauty for two reasons … First is becauser I enjoy being SV and second coz I cant get rid of my lovely Tiger “Pam” who I lived and died with since I started playing wow :)
