bottom_of_metersWe’re totally going out of town this weekend, so no posts Friday through Sunday, at a minimum. Tuesday night we have another launch, so things are going to get messy posting-wise next week as well. If TJ weren’t so busy making X-rated stick-figure drawings, we’d ask her to post something of her own here, but right now, we’re just too leery of what might happen to our readers’ delicate constitutions should she do so. Of course we won’t be able to actually stop her if she chooses to…

In good news, twenty-four of the spirit beast pull-toy orders have been officially shipped. The international orders will be the last to go, as we have some customs forms to butcher before the post office will accept the boxes.

Also, our tee-shirt artist is back on the job after a long recovery from his multiple injuries and maladies. We’ll present his story once he writes it all down. We’re not sure if he’s off the Percocet, so it might be a doozy.

In BRK movie-news, we’re getting so many requests for Power Aura help that we may make another movie of this addon. Baby Hunter part 4 will be published on Project Lore on Sunday. We have five more Naxx movies to make, but we’re not sure if we’ll get to them before Ulduar arrives. We’ve had a request for Sarth 2D, so that may get done as well.

Aetherial Circle is recruiting… get ready for it… ranged DPS. We have melee DPS out the ying-yang, so no rogues, warriors, paladins, enhancement shaman, or crazy priests who like to stabby-stab-stab with their dagger.

An elemental shaman would really be nice. A mage would be welcomed, a warlock too. No hunters unfortunately as we have three who raid regularly already – no you can’t have our spot! – and we have two shadow priests, so that’s probably not at the top of our guild’s list of needs… they do some d@mn-fine DPS though, so perhaps a third wouldn’t be bad. Our GM is a Boomkin, so he might put the kibosh on another, but then again, perhaps he’d like company at the bottom of the meters.

    Power Aura help i so need that , i instaled it but didnt have a clue what to do so a step by step guide would be awsem if thats possible. thanks :)

    Yea, got the same problem with power auras but i am an idiot with stuff like that, i seem to have done everything as stated in the previous vid but a dummys guide would be appreciated. I do have suspicions that mine might be conflicting with some other addons though.

    I’d be happy with just the codes for what you’re running in power auras now. I’m still using the first set you posted and they’re ok but the ones you’re using now are so much cleaner and I just don’t have the time to play with it :o )

    Customs forms for pieces of cut out wood. Ok I get it it’s the wheels that make them suspect. We don’t want that modern technology getting to any unfriendlies.

    Guys, you know that you can download BRKs very own codes for power auras right? I just installed it a few days ago, and imported all his codes, and boom, it all works. It was scary to see all the options to set them up, but if you are not into that find the search box on the site and type in power aura.

    Then it’s as simple as clicking the “Import” button, and copy/paste right from the txt files.

    And you too can be a BRK clone!

    @copey. Yea i did exactly that, but still no joy for me, thats why i think it may be conflicting with other addons.

    Not joining or anything, especially since your website lists all positions as CLOSED. But I did notice that the opening screen graphic says Aetherial Cirlce. Please tell me that the Boomkin did it.

    You know, I never understood why your GM didn’t do better on the dps meters. I know a Moonkin who is always in the top three (yes, that includes hunters)

    @psylince – often offheals. we rarely bring more than 4 dedicated healers to naxx, and typically only more than that for sarth+ attempts.

    top three dps doesnt really mean anything without some numbers to back it up. so, is it top three consistently breaking 5k, or top 3 consistently hovering around 4.5k?

    I’m not sure I could take the stress of a guild with, what, 9 or 10 WoW Bloggers in it. I’d feel the pressure of starting my own blog, and then blogging about the other bloggers, and then, blogging about the raids, and coming up with my distinct blog style, and ,….. well, anyway…

    While the webpage is under construction, if you’re going to actively recruit, you should probably have at least a bare outline of raid schedules and times, and DPK, etc. Then again, maybe that’s buried behind the logon in the forums?

    Good luck! Wish I had the time to raid with another character.

    I think we need to clear up a common misconception about raid DPS – BRK obviously suffers from it. Here’s how you judge raid DPS:

    1. Did the raid wipe? If “yes,” Stop. You lose.
    2. Did you pull aggro and die? If “yes,” Stop. You lose.
    3. Did you maintain a reasonable DPS for the entire duration of the raid until the boss died? If “no,” Stop. You lose.
    4. You lived, the raid didn’t wipe, the boss died, and you put out reasonable DPS (whether you were #1 or #10 on the meters). You win!

    LOL I’m a leetle confuzled right now. I want to ask for nasty stories about BRK from an insider… need to put on my “evil” cap.

    @ Copey – I actually DIDN’T know that – that is veryeh nice. I suppose he’s got them set for SV? Hmm… Either way it is a start. I need to be a clone in at least this area becasue I can’t get my head around Power Auras. ;) I’ve done grad school but that program makes me want to cover myself with BBQ sauce and walk naked into the STV. ;)

    I honestly love PA but playing my druid I cannot for the life of me find a use for it. On my hunter I’ve got the circles all aligned and whatnot but I can’t find a use outside of him o.o Of course, hunters are all that matters… Right?

    Raid times: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday from 8pm est to 11pm est (although we frequently finish early with current content)

    I am not going into the dkp system, as one of the officers can give you a better explanation. I think they call it zero sum dkp.

    As for not being a blogger in the guild, at this point, far more of us don’t blog than do. Even those that do, most don’t update regularly any more.
